Great point!

We should be an encouragement to those when they fail praying anxiously for their success.

Great thought! How often we fall prey to this sin. It seems to me that in our circles many, myself included, seem to feed off the failures of others. Almost wishing failure on others so that in some twisted way we might bring some success or glory to our own name. Jealousy has a way of taking seemingly "decent" christians and revealing our depraved nature.
Focusing on the Lord our God is definitely the key. Just as Isaiah realized his own awlfulness when he focused on the holiness of God, we would do well to do the same. Jealousy will have much less space to work when our lives are focused on the holiness of God. Thanks for the reminder!
